Enjoy great recipes and meal-prepping ideas here. I love food and have recently, as I age have taken my diet seriously in the sense I strive to eat as healthy as possible. Unfortunately, many foods at the grocery store and local convenience stores are full of chemicals and preservatives that are simply not meant to be digested by humans.
This problem is huge, but there are healthy choices. It takes a bit of work but is well worth it. I recently did a “RESET” diet where you eliminate sugar, starch, dairy, and alcohol from your diet. OMG! Right! It sounds impossible, but I did it for a little over 30 days and lost 22 pounds. I felt great and through research and exploring, I found many recipes to fit this diet perfectly. These meals are satisfying and help reduce cravings for the bad foods we typically consume in our busy schedules.
I’m so excited to grow this page. I love to cook, but have lacked in writing down my recipes and sharing. Not because I don’t want to, but sometimes as we all have busy lives I don’t always have time. But now I’ve decided to concentrate more on my website and share the wonderful dishes I come across.

Most of my dishes will be based on the whole 30 diet which is dairy, sugar, and starch-free. But obviously, any toppings can be added to your desire. I just want to make recipes easy, simple, and healthy for all types of people.
